Hi, I bought this theme and have just about finished with my content. I am having great trouble getting the background slider images correctly sized so the view can see the whole photo. Currently they are cropped at the top and bottom. I have tried to contact the CadenGrant no there is no reply.
Can you advise me of the proper pixel size?
I also followed the instructions regarding the contact form and it doesn’t work
Hi Glenn, we are not able to provide support for these themes as we do not sell them or make them.
I think the issue with your background is going to depend on what screen resolution the viewer has, sometimes it will be more or less cropped.
For the other things please try to contact the theme developer. Thanks!
Hello GLENN, how are you?
My name is Rodrigo, I’m from Brazil and I am also a photographer.
I bought this same theme “PictureThis” and I’m having the same problem: Every pictures that I put in the home are getting cut. Did you figure out how to solve this little problem?
Best Wishes
Rodrigo Gonçalves
I’m using this theme as well.
By the nature of webbrowsers the size of the browser window can be very different. From extreme landscape to extreme portrait.
The theme resizes the background image on the fly, so that the background is completely filled with your image.
Try resizing your browser window by dragging the bottom right corner of the window around and see what happens. Of course there is a “sweet spot” when your complete picture is visible.
